RETURNS

1. Pack the products and fill in the form (you can write it by hand).

   Pack the returned product in a foil pack, box or bubble envelope and secure it well before transport. You have up to 14 days from the moment you receive the package to do so. Exceeding the deadlines will be the basis for not taking the refund into account.

   Remember!

   So that the goods sent back are new, unused, in the same condition as you received them from sklepfilloo, with uncut tags, free of odors (e.g. perfumes) and dirt (e.g. traces of makeup) in undamaged packaging.

3. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments. The cost of returning the returned goods is borne by the buyer.
   The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products in the warehouse. Reimbursement is made by bank transfer.
