COMPLAINTS
Product Complaint Procedure:
If you are interested in complaining about a product, we have prepared instructions for you:

Write to us by e-mail (sklep@filloo.pl, in which you will describe what exactly happened to the product. If possible - attach photos that will illustrate the defect of the product.

The complained products should be packed with the form below. (If you do not have a receipt, please provide the exact order number so that we can find the document in the system.)

We do not accept cash on delivery parcels, and we do not refund funds for sending the complained product to us.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

In the case of complaints about products shipped abroad, we will determine the return conditions individually, during correspondence with you.

After the complaint is positively considered, you will receive a refund of the payment to the account indicated by you.
